I came here when I was unable to find a Celiac-safe restaurant close to Mammoth Cave Campground. Mexican cuisine has higher odds of being safe (provided there aren't a lot of fried foods on the menu and corn tortillas are clearly offered) and this place meet all my initial prerequisites. I placed my order through their website, which was easy to do. However, there was no allergen information on the menu, and no option to let the staff know I have Celiac disease when placing the order. I went with my usual precautions, ordering only items with corn in them, in this case a lunch order of taquitos with spanish rice (it also came with chips and salsa). My take out order was ready on time. The food was delicious and I didn't get sick. Because lunch was a success, I placed another order that same day for supper, this time ordering off the ala carte menu (a tamale, an enchilada, and a chalupa). Once again, my order was ready on time, the food was good and affordable, and I wasn't sick. If I camp at Mammoth again, I'll be sure to stop by this restaurant.
