Not much gluten free. Only salmon and beef. Ended up getting a salad and it was pretty blah. Not impressed with gluten free offerings or service.

Food was delicious. Enjoyed the Honey-Sambal Lollipops and the Green Curry Mussels. They have GF bread to dip in the curry sauce that they toasted in a dedicated toaster.

I ordered salmon and my daughter ordered scallops. We made sure to tell the waitstaff we were celiac. It was PERFECT!!!

I love El Moro’s food but we rarely eat here because there are no items on the menu for a kid who is GF. I can’t speak to the safety for adults who do eat items they advertise as GF, but there are few GF options.
The suggested GF item on their extensive menu? Salad. Yep. A beet salad. With a piece of chicken breast. And I still got sick - perhaps from the seasoning on the bland chicken breast? Not helpful or knowledgeable staff, food not worth the price, service deplorable. Very disappointing, especially since I've tried to give this restaurant almost a dozen different chances. This time I finally accepted the fact that it WASN'T just me. :(
