Nice family-run food truck. The owner confirmed that the birria tacos are gluten free, and he said he thinks the other tacos are gf too, but I didn’t ask for details since I wanted the birria. I thought they were a bit pricey at $12 (many other items are $10), and my tacos got soggy in the 6 minutes it took to get home, but the flavor was top notch! There are picnic tables where you can eat on site. Cross contamination is definitely a risk, but I was the first customer of the day and I didn’t get sick. Note that while google says they open at 3, I arrived at 5:30 and they were just opening.
