I went to order here after seeing that the previous review was positive. However, after explaining that I had celiac and asking what was gluten free, the person taking our order stared at me blankly and said uh…. The soup? Upon pressing further about cross contamination, they stated that they couldn’t comment because they weren’t in the kitchen. I didn’t feel super confident after that answer, so I decided to skip.
That being said, it could be that this one individual wasn’t very well versed on their menu. I just wanted to share my experience.

Ashland locals here, we have eaten at El Paraiso for years now. We usually get steak fajitas, or el pastor tacos. Both good gluten free options, just let them know you are gf and they will be careful. Excellent food!
