Separate gluten free menu. The staff was very knowledgeable about celiac and could speak many different languages.. All of their recommendations were perfect. We started with gluten free bread for me and regular bread for my wife. They brought a separate basket with my knife and fork to prevent cross contamination. Next we had three small plate tapas: iberian ham and cheese plate, spanish omelet and pork cheeks. I had the wagyu steak gf and my wife had the salmon salad. I could cut the steak with my fork. Thank you to all of the previous reviewers that led us to an amazing evening on the streets of Seville.
