Updated: I was told the corn chips are fried in the morning and then sometimes that fryer is used for other non GF foods.

Corn tortillas are fried in a dedicated fryer meaning they would be gluten free (GF) Other corn based meals could be fried in the dedicated fryer as well, offering additional gluten free menu options! This is a game changer and the only other restaurant in Winona (next to Lakeview Drive Inn) that uses a dedicated fryer for not gluten containing items. If ordering a corn based entree, tell server (or ask to speak to manager) to use the tortilla fryer.
