We had the daily special, which was 3 beef, chicken and/or cheese enchiladas in corn shells with rice & beans. Chips & salsa were also provided. Everything was delicious & I didn’t have any adverse reactions.

Originally, I was a bit nervous after speaking with our waiter. He didn’t seem to recognize the terms “celiac” or “gluten free”. When I switched to asking about wheat & corn, he could tell me exactly what was in each dish that I asked about.

We had a lovely meal & I would return next time we are up in that area.
