The chips, salsa and queso are all safe. My waiter was extremely knowledgeable about what I could have as a celiac and recommended the refried beans, salad and fajitas without seasoning. He took care to ensure the kitchen staff changed utensils before serving my meal. I felt extremely safe and not a nuisance at all when ordering.
