the waitress couldn’t tell me if the chips were flour or corn chips, but i did not get sick from my meal. i’m not sure i would trust if i was celiac just because the staff was not knowledgeable about the food

Although there is no dedicated gf menu, there are many options that can be made so. Let the staff know you have an allergy, and if they seem not to understand you, ask to speak with the manager who will then be sure to make sure your food is prepared correctly. You can have almost any tacos, just be sure to ask for corn shells rather than flour.

The waitress and staff were very kind and my husband and friend enjoyed their food! BUT sadly this place was not celiac friendly, it does not have a dedicated fryer, the waitress, cook and bartender were not at all versed on celiac or even what had gluten in it. Sadly do not go here if you have celiac!!!

Waitress was able to tell me what was gluten free on the menu and also that the fryer was not safe as it was a shared fryer.
Waitress got manager as soon as I mentioned my allergies: gluten, dairy and shellfish. Manager seemed knowledgeable and I felt safe. Best part: I didn't get sick or have any kind of a reaction!
Yes
While the menu does not specifically notate the gluten free items (they do note for vegetarian though), the owner/chef was happy to explain what items to avoid as well as work with any dietary needs. They do offer corn tortillas as an alternative to flour ones and can also serve burritos in a bowl instead of a tortilla wrap. He also indicated that the oil for fryer is also safe for gluten free patrons. Delicious, authentic Mexican food in a friendly atmosphere.
