Erika, one of the co-owners, is quite knowledgeable about gluten-free and keto diets. If she's unsure, she hasn't hesitated to bring out an item so I could review the ingredient label. Skinny Cadillac margaritas can also be requested, and they are delicious. GF options are limited, but the tacos carne asada and fajitas are two of my favorites. Unfortunately, the complimentary chips are fried in cross contaminated oil.

I'm surprised at the bad reviews here, although they are a few years previous, so there could be a charge of management or ownership since then.
Our server was very knowledgeable about the ingredients that went into many dishes and was able to tell me if the items I was interested in had gluten or not. (I asked if there was a dedicated fryer for the tortilla chips. He was upfront and said no, they would be cross-contaminated.)
I ordered mariscos con arroz, and I was able to get it with corn tortillas. After he took my order he came back and said he checked if the imitation crab meat was gluten-free. **Note that I myself had forgotten to ask about it.** He said there's a possibility it might not be and offered to have it made with the shrimp only, which I accepted.
The dish normally came with cheese sauce covering the rice and shrimp, but they put it on the side in a cup and left it to my option. They said there were no gluten ingredients in the cheese sauce, but in the kitchen it is near some flour tortillas, so they can't be certain if it's contaminated or not. It's a working kitchen in a non gluten-free facility, so this is ALWAYS a possibly. I very much appreciate them being conscientious, upfront, and thinking of things that even I did not. The food was great, I was fine, and I would definitely return.

Please don't go here if you have an allergy, they know nothing about being gluten free and their chips are half wheat half corn, if you have a serious allergy you will get sick here. I loved this place when I didn't have Celiac's and even worked here, but as a person with Celiac's I would never eat here. Fryers are all contaminated, I would know.
No
It is not gluten free friendly - they admit cross contamination
this is not a celiac friendly restaurant. they have some gluten free items but if you have a real allergy you should not be eating here. the food is awesome tho sorry to all you celiacs!

Awesome food and the staff are so helpful!! They made me special corn tortilla chips since their regular ones have flour. The carnitas are amazing and the fajitas with corn tortillas are all gluten free. Every time we come to Stoughton we get takeout and haven't found better Mexican food in the area.
