First off, the decor was awesome, and the service was top-notch.
Restaurant:
Staff was amazing with their GF knowledge. Fresh corn chips were made for us. The frying oil was not dedicated, but I'm pretty sure they would bake the chips if asked.
My daughter ordered shrimp, and they found that the seasoning powder they use has gluten. Instead, they seasoned her food with other ingredients.
Cuban Bakery:
GF Capuchino/ Cabezotes
- I spoke to the baker. She said that she makes these when she's not cooking anything else. The cupcake version are baked in paper liners.
