Leider habe ich als Zöliakiebetroffene eine starke Reaktion auf das Essen gehabt. Auch wenn die Maistortillas glutenfrei sind und als solche die ganze Karte gekennzeichnet ist, scheint eine komplett glutenfreie Zubereitung der Speisen nicht möglich zu sein. Lecker ist es und wenn man nur auf Gluten verzichten muss, ohne Zöliakie zu haben, sicher ein gutes Restaurant.
