This Mexican restaurant does not have a gluten free menu and the waiters may not be knowledgeable regarding gluten free. I messaged them on Facebook and I’ve never asked since. They reported "Everything on the menu is gluten-free except burritos, chimichangas, chile rellenos, and flour tortillas that accompany meals. *Flour tortillas can be substituted for corn tortillas in any meal*.". I order the enchiladas, refried beans, rice, hard tacos, fajitas and have never gotten sick. I’m not sure if the chips are fried in a separate fryer but I’ve never gotten sick after eating them with the queso and salsa.
