A great place, all gluten free! It’s fast food but delicious. The rolled tacos are basically nachos in taco form. Unfortunately they only have Corona for beer, sort of baffling.

Nice store clean, beautiful paintings on the wall, great location. Staff was very helpful. All the food was GF. I was able to order dairy free as well. The food is always great. The potato taquitos were fun (not traditional) and yummy. My husband had fries topped with choice meat he liked them. They also serve loaded nachos with your choice of meat. I’ve eaten at the other locations too. I never get sick. *** Update saw a post they were no longer all GF but the website says they tried adding flour tortillas for a week in Jan but decided to go back to GF. See photos.

SO GOOD! I got the five taquito combo. I got one of each type of taquito, and then there was a small amount of rice and beans as well, the perfect amount of food! The hot red sauce was soooo good too! I can’t decide which taquito I liked best, I’m going to get only two flavors each time I go so I can narrow it down, but they were all so good!

I got glutened here. I am very sensitive. This is unfortunate because I really liked coming here. I got glutened from their carne asada fries with jack cheese and spicy red and tomatillo salsa.

The potato taquitos were delicious! Mine were slightly overcooked, but being able to eat in a gluten free restaurant was awesome! It was clean and had cool artwork. Definitely recommend.

Really good food! So happy to find a good dedicated gluten free place so I can eat in peace. I got 6 taquitos (2 beef, 2 chicken, & 2 California) they were all great! The sides are great too (I had the beans and rice). The Pico was some of the best I’ve ever had! Highly Recommend!

A small, brightly decorated, cafe feel. Located in a new build area so parking is odd but there’s an underground lot. Service was sweet with a smile. Generous portions, well priced. We had rolled taquitos and loaded fries. Excellent, really tasty and all gluten free.

Wowsers! Not only do they have tortilla chips but they have French fries! I got the carne asada fries with a few salsas on the side, held the dairy due to allergy. So tasty and reasonably priced!

Their beef taquitos are my favorite! Their fries are amazingly crispy and probably one of my favorites. Their guac was super fresh and their chips came out crispy and warm. So good and all gluten free!

Native San Diego Mexican American with celiac disease. The food was delicious, the staff and ambiance were great. I did NOT get sick. This is the only Mexican Restaurant that I can safely eat at without getting sick. I really appreciate gluten free restaurants like this and I am glad I can safely eat Mexican food out again. We need more places like this here in San Diego so we with celiac disease can eat out.

I seriously had the most incredible experience in the world going to El Tianguis! Having Celiac Disease and Severe Tree Nut and Coconut Allergies makes going to restaurants super tough. However, El Tianguis is a 100% gluten free and 100% nut free establishment and it was just amazing. I ordered the Beef, California, and Chicken Taquitos with rice and beans on the side and it tasted so good. This was my first time going and I definitely will be coming back again and again!
