We have two people with Celiac in our family and decided to try this place based on the few good reviews here on a recent trip to Toledo. While they did have an extensive allergen binder as others mentioned, it showed that there were virtually no options for someone avoiding gluten, and then had a separate page in the binder stating that the few options left, that contained corn tortilla chips, corn tortillas, corn shells, etc. would all be cross contaminated. They verified that they do not have a dedicated fryer for chips or corn products and that wheat flour containing items go in all of their fryers. So that takes away all the tacos and nachos and chips and salsa away as options too. There was pretty much nothing left but rice and beans, and that didn't appeal to me or my 12 year old with Celiac, so we got up and left and ate protein bars in our car, while the two gluten eaters in our family had a nice lunch here. Would not recommend for anyone with Celiac.

Amazing restaurant. Seated quickly. Bowls of warm chips and salsa brought immediately. I had the tacos Al pastor and beans. I had no reaction and everything tasted AMAZING. They have a binder of what you can and cannot have for a variety of allergies.

The waiter was very helpful and brought out a binder with all the allergens listed for the different items. The chips were fried separately which was nice. I ended up just getting nachos as that seemed the safest. I didn’t have any issues afterwards.
