José was our server, and he was great! I’m a very sensitive celiac and had no issues. Chips are in a shared frier and the rice has gluten, but staff was knowledgeable and accommodating!

We had a renter that has celiac tell me that she eats here every time they visit, so we thought we'd give it a try. I didn't feel comfortable after talking with the waiter just because of the language barrier, so I asked for the chef or the manager. That was better. The manager was somewhat clued up, but only after asking questions did we find out that the rice and the fryer are not GF. We ordered a natural margarita and pollo asada and carne asada without rice. The rice has gluten. Both our meals were excellent as well as the margarita. The corn tortillas are packaged and they use a different tortilla warmer for flour tortillas, so I had the corn tortillas. Unfortunately the rellenos are GF, but they use the shared fryer. Also, the corn chips are fried in the same fryer as everything else, so I avoided those.

Mexican restaurants are usually great for gluten free. Just ask for corn tortillas!! My father is a celiac and he ate at this restaurant, just making sure he got corn tortillas. He did not get sick and it was delicious.
