We called Elaine’s in Cape May to inquire if GF accommodations could be made with our son with Celiac disease. To our surprise, we were told that they recently had an issue with someone having a food reaction and they told us not to come to the restaurant. They felt they were not adequately staffed and their system could not support safe food handling. While I appreciate their honesty I was saddened by their response.
