A great place for people that want easy access to gluten free foods while grocery shopping. Has gf bakery goods including muffins, rolls, biscuits, & bread loafs. Also has baking mixes for cakes/cupcakes, brownies, etc. Has gf baking essentials such as xanthan gum, different types of gf flours, & oats that aren't cross contaminated. Found gf pastas, Mac n cheese mix, & frozen pizzas as well. Small place but big options for people who have celiac disease or want to live gluten free. Has just about everything gf people need plus has lots of organic options as a bonus! It can be difficult to avoid gluten altogether, but Elbert's is a place that simplifies this task!
