I’ve eaten here many times and have never been sick. The food isn’t marked, but the staff is well-versed in what is safe for celiacs. They have GF bread substitutes, GF fryer, and usually at least one GF dessert option. The food is incredible, especially their brunch menu (the GF pancakes + biscuits are amazing!). They also have GF substitute for their pastas.
