Electric Beets

They sell a selection of Sixteen Mill baked goods - gluten free, individually wrapped, vegan and refined sugar free. Including cookies and pound cake. The chocolate babka pound cake is incredible. They have gluten free grab and go prepared dishes like Mac and cheese, lasagna and roasted veggies. All vegan. The gluten free ones are marked with a GF but some have labels with gluten containing ingredients. When I asked the owner if it was correct, she said she doesn’t make separate gluten free ingredients label because “nobody reads them.” She also said that the gluten free dishes aren’t made in a gluten free kitchen but they use caution against cc, change gloves and use separate water for the pasta.
