had no idea that elemental had a separate oven for GF pizza. almost always get sick with a shared oven space so this is a game changer for a UW student. 10/10 i come here all the time now!! actually good pizza too not just GF good.

The gluten free pizza is made in a kitchen in the back away from where the pizzas are made in view of the dining area. The cooks wear clean gloves and utensils to avoid cross contamination

I had a gluten free margherita pizza and a salad.

The gluten-free crust is maybe the best I’ve had, and is prepared separately. I’ve eaten here probably a dozen times now, and have never had a problem.

Gf pizza crust - very tasty. They said they would change gloves to make it and have a different oven and stone to cook it. Won't be sure if they did a good job until later tonight! No other gf indicators on menu.
