Review of Elements Restaurant

For the first time in Aruba I did not have to explain my gluten allergy. I did not have to specify that I can’t have any cross contamination and it did not take me 15 minutes to order because I had to examine every ingredient, so that I did not end up in the hospital. They just knew how to cater to all dietary needs, no questions asked. This was a first class experience !
