Review of Elements Restaurant

My family of 4 dined here September 2022 while on vacation in Aruba. Two of us have health conditions with serious gluten sensitivity. We felt safe with their celiac protocols and did not feel sick afterwards.

They have a large dedicated GF menu. They also have a dedicated vegan menu available.

The food was SO delicious! We started with GF French Onion Soup (it even had a gluten-free crouton on top) that was excellent! Our 4 GF entrees (duck, mahi mahi, beef x2) were all delicious. Everyone was very happy!

Tip 1: They will provide GF bread (for dipping in oil, butter, olive tapenade) free of charge if you ask.

Tip 2: Book at sunset as the beach views are awesome!
