Elephant Bar

I went to The Elephant Bar today for lunch and didn't know what to expect in relation to any gluten free options. I realized they had 3 Gluten Sensitive options but that was it. The waitress told me to stick with that as non of the appetizers could be gluten free. It's not the best place to go for Gluten free options but if you end up there with a group of people at least you know you can eat something!

They only have two items on the menu that is gluten free. The grilled chicken was great but that is all you can eat.

Better than nothing if you're with a group of friends. They have a couple options on the menu, but not much.

They changed the menu so there are now only two gluten free options. When I asked why the salad wasn't gluten free, the manager told me they couldn't confirm that the lettuce was gluten free. No one seemed to actually know what gluten was.
