Overall good gluten free practices with marked items on the menu. The frier is not safe - including the fried onions that are technically gluten free.
Celiacs should not have anything fired - you’re likely to find tempura cross contamination from the frier.
Outside of that- no issues.

Five of us had dinner, including one with Celiac. Elite Five has several gluten-free options, and after discussing our needs with our sever, she guided us with the menu and brought gluten-free soy sauce. The rolls and miso soup were delicious, as was everything else we ordered! The restaurant has a nice, quiet atmosphere. No issues with gluten or contamination for the Celiac diner. We look forward to returning soon!

I’ve eaten here so many times in the past couple of months and haven’t gotten sick. The manager is very knowledgeable about celiac and cross contamination. Such a great experience and delicious sushi.

The food was great. GF options are clearly listed on the menu. They take celiac seriously, especially if disclosed as an allergy. I forgot to ask for GF soy sauce and the waitress noticed and saved me. Awesome!
