We ended up dining here Twice during our trip. Many options for gluten free and I suggest making a reservation and letting them know in advance of your needs. They may not have the gf bread available if you don’t reserve and let them know. I can’t speak to cross contamination and I did not have a reaction. The potatoes brava were amazing here and we also loved the Thai salad. Wonderful staff and great vibe. As with many places in Spain they do not rush you out.
