I was disappointed after reading all of the positive reviews, as my expectations were high. The food was just ok. I tried several items on the menu. The food was not as flavorful or the quality I expected. The Mexican rice was not reheated properly (hard/cold in spots) and was also a bit bland. The beans were like thin soup and quite salty. If you are celiac and Mexican (or a connoiseur of good Mexican food) and decide to try this place out due to lack of safe options in the area, don't set your expectations too high.

Everything is gluten free. Massive portions, more than enough for two. It is a food truck parked in the outside eating area of a cider bar. Order your food, get your cider, and by the time you are seated the food is ready. They have lights and heaters as it gets cold outside so dress warmly. Food tastes great.

Just nice to feel comfortable ordering and not have to think about asking a zillion questions! Food was good. Super rich. Hadn’t been able to have anything fried in a while!

I have been here a few times and everything is gluten free and delicious. The carne asada pupusas are my favorite and they reheat well also. I also love the casamiento and chips and salsa. I tried the carne asada quesadilla, potato taquitos, and diablita pupusa (too spicy for me but my brother loved it). The gluten eaters in our group also loved it and the prices are great too!

We ordered the #4 Grande Meal which was delicious! It was a good variety and a lot of food. They also made sure everything was dairy free. We especially liked the crunchy fried items as we normally don’t get to enjoy things like that out. This is a food truck next to the gf cider company, with outdoor seating. We actually took our food to go to eat at the beach which was just a few miles away. Their food was a real treat and we highly recommend! We’re super sensitive and did not get sick.

I was traveling to Santa Barbara and ordered takeout from Elubias because of the reviews. The potato pupusa was delicious as well as the zucchini pupusa. I loved their rice and beans as well. I called to let them know I have a dairy allergy and the woman on the phone said they would clean the grill for me and they take allergies seriously. I felt great after eating my meal, highly recommend for celiacs!

The food is out of this world! It was definitely one of our favorite places we ate at while visiting SB (my husband isn't GF and it was his too) And no need to worry about cross contamination since everything is GF. If you're in the area you need to try them!

Everything is gluten free and pretty good. Really expensive for a taco truck set up… but not surprising for GF food. Limited hours so check before you show up. No beverages but you can get cider next door.

This is a rare gem! Entire menu is gluten-free even the beverages! A vast selection of hard cider and excellent home style Mexican/South American food. No language barrier and don’t let the street view deter you. The place is around the back with all outdoor seating. So delicious and safe to eat!

Love Elubias food and that it is all gluten free. Delicious papusas, tacos, burritos, taquitos, and more. I also love you can grab a hard cider from SB Cider co to go with for meal. All ciders are gf as well. I highly recommend.

Some of the best Latin food I've had! And everything is gluten free. This shares the lot with a GF cidery as well, great combo.

It is entirely outdoor seating, though. There isn't even an inside. It's basically a stand with a ton of outdoor tables. Spectacular though.

Delicious food, all the food is gluten free. We got pupusas for the whole family and everyone enjoyed it-- we have vegan, vegetarian, and carnivore family members and there was options for everyone! Sb cider company is right next door so you can grab gf drinks there too! We will definitely be back!

Take out business serving Latin American food, specialising in Papusas - a kind of filled corn pancake. They also have other dishes. Everything in GF and the owner has a gluten allergy. We ordered the Grande Meal which included 6 Papusa and Rice/Beans, slaw and salsas. The food tasted great. We had a mixture of the vegetarian/ vegan options - be sure to ask that they don't top the rice with cheese if you are dairy free. I didn't know this but we just spooned it off for my vegan husband. Limited hiurs. You can order from their website for takeout/ delivery.
