I asked the chef and they didn't have gluten free bread in stock today.
The bscon is cross contaminated/contains gluten.
The omlet bar doesn't use any gluten items but not sure on how good the cross-contamination prevention is.
They at least have coffee, yogurt, fruit that is separate or packaged.
They do a buffet style breakfast so there is a risk that if you're late, it'll be cross contaminated.
Breakfast during the week is 6-9 AM.
Weekend is 7-9 AM.
