We had indicated on our reservation that we were a celiac diner and a diner with a shellfish allergy. Our server mentioned it immediately after greeting us, and reinforced the fact that they are extremely allergy conscious, and that there is no all-purpose flour used in their facility, so cross-contamination is unlikely. They emphasized the fact that most of their menu items can be tailored to a diner’s preference, and explained what was not able to be modified and why. We ended up ordering more than we normally would have because everything sounded so delicious, and it was!!! I have had no reaction whatsoever. We will definitely go back!
