Went to E. Milanos specifically for the gluten free pizza for daughter with Celiac. Ordered the pizza and preceeded to wait and wait. 20 or 30 minutes later, someone came to the table to say that they were out of gluten free crust and offered a regular crust pizza. We declined and explained that she could not eat gluten. Then the guy suggested a salad instead, which is the single other GF offering. We declined and said we would just take the non-GF food we had also ordered (not for daughter) to go. Another 15 minutes went by before they brought the other food to the table, but missing one item. We had to go to the counter to get that corrected, which took another 10 minutes. Spoke to the manager (owner?) about the GF debacle, and were met with a complete nonchalance for the seriousness of the situation. We had wasted over an hour, not including the 30 minute drive (one hour round trip), only to finally be told that they didn't have the one product that our daughter would have been able to eat. It won't happen again. We ended up at Culver's, where we can always reliably get a tasty chicken sandwich on a GF bun.
