This out of the way American restaurant is gourmet. They understand cross contamination. They understand safety. I will be back for another delicious dinner. The chicken marsala over pasta was tasty and safe. I react violently to gluten. I was fine. Limited hours, dinner only. Lots of gluten free choices.
