GFO- “Gluten Friendly Option” available on a few dishes which was just offering a gluten free bun or removing croutons/wrap. I ordered a plain burger without a bun since I didn’t know about dedicated work space and a side salad without dressing since I did not know if dressing was gluten free. It was good- just plain.
