Emmy Squared Pizza

A fun experience to have a square pan pizza again. They mastered the fluff of the crust under the toppings. The charcoal of the bottom of the crust was *chefs kiss* and I happened to be eligible for delivery- 45 minutes later I’m getting to reminisce. I had the pepperoni, pineapple, and hot honey drizzle!

Fantastic. My daughter is symptomatic celiac, we told The waitress/hostess about needing a celiac friendly pizza for her. She went back to the kitchen and talked w them and came back and assured us it would be gluten free. We were a bit worried because of cross contamination but we paid and got our pizza. My daughter did NOT get sick. She loved it. She said it was the best pizza she’s ever had. Their crust is special. No wheat starch either. We did ask if they fry their fries in gluten contaminated oil, they said yes. Sadly. But the pizza was bomb and she did not get glutened
