Absolutely amazing gluten free Detroit style pizza. They can make almost any pizza with their gluten free crust. The menu was not marked to indicate which toppings were gluten free, but the waitress was knowledgeable and double checked with the kitchen when I asked. I was told that they have a separate space in the kitchen and separate utensils and pans for making the gluten free pizzas. They are cooked in the same oven as the other pizzas, but the nature of Detroit style pizza pans make them still very separated. I had no gluten issues after eating there. Hands down the best gluten free Detroit style pizza I have ever eaten (and I've eaten them in Detroit many times). The gluten-eaters in my party also raved about the food.
