I was the first customer in the place on a Wednesday for lunch. I wanted a burger and fries, but the fries are made in a shared fryer, so I went with the pizza. Note that I’m not a huge fan of pizza, I think because pre-diagnosis I knew intuitively that it wasn’t good for me. But the server seemed to have the most confidence in the pizza for gluten free, so I got a sausage pizza (a make your own pizza).
It was delicious! I would totally go back! It was rectangular and had six pieces. The crust was somehow both soft and crispy on the edges. I could tell it was GF, but in a good way?
No reaction but maybe I got lucky being the first customer of the day. I also had a Mexican Coke (made with sugar, not corn syrup).
All in all it was a great experience.

The best gluten free pizza I’ve had. Their kitchen is “gluten friendly”. They will change gloves, pull fresh ingredients, and use clean boards and pans to cook your pizza. The day of my order someone that was gluten intolerant was the chef so I was assured the right steps would be followed. The pizza was great and had no issues. Look forward to going back soon.

I'm sad to see all these reviews where people have had a good experience and not getting sick bc i wish that was me too! Unfortunately, my pizza was not truly gluten free. Be careful!!!

Best GF pizza I have had in a long time! Felt awesome afterward. Waiter was completely knowledgeable, answered all my questions about safety/cross contamination, and said that they are extremely careful. Will 100% be back.

My New York buddies who are super picky about their pizza even like Emmy Squared. I’ve never had a reaction eating here and good pizza.

Gluten free pizza crust that, for once, isn't razor thin. They have a thick, airy crust with incredible topping selections. Can't recommend highly enough! Best gluten free pizza I've had in 20 years since my Celiac diagnosis.

Tested positive for gluten on Nima. Called and informed allergy/celiac after placing delivery order. I’ve eaten from other locations before successfully, so not sure if this was a one time thing or not.

Most of their menus was not an option but I’ll their pizza and the fried breadsticks could be made gluten free and it is all made in house. So the gluten free pizza dough is not bought but made in a dedicated mixer and the have a separate pre station. High recommend if you are a pizza lover

They have gluten free and cross contamination FAQs on their website. I called the manager before ordering just to be sure because I’m a very sensitive celiac! She was very helpful and let me know they have separate pans, gloves, cutters, etc for gluten free. Our pizza arrived and I got super anxious because it looked and tasted like “real” deep dish pizza! It was amazing and I didn’t get sick at all.

We tried the location on Central today. They caught themselves serving us gluten and stopped and remade the pizza. So as always, it’s a good idea to ask if each thing is indeed gluten free as it is served. But the pizza was delicious and worth the wait. Also had the shaved Brussels sprout salad, which was amazing.

Great selection of modern “Detroit” style pizzas. Gluten free crust offered, understand Celiac and made suggestions for other options. Sandwiches/ burgers/ salads. A little pricy, but worth it.
