I was really excited to go to Emmy Squared because they have an actual gluten free pizza crust, not a cauliflower one. The kitchen confirmed the crust didn't contain any gluten-free wheat flour, that their crust is made with brown rice flour. I was warned of possible airborne cross contamination but I decided to go for it anyway. This may be a red flag for celiacs though. You guys, my pizza was SO good. Since starting this wheat free lifestyle I've come to realize that if I am really enjoying something, it's going to either make my throat swell up or I'm going to get sick. This pie did neither. The only disappointment was the fact that I couldn't finish it all and had to take a few pieces home. I can't wait to go back
