We stopped in for lunch. The menu does not indicate what entrees are GF. The staff advised us to focus on the arepas and empanadas since they are all GF.

I brought a Spanish-speaking friend with me so I could make sure to get full info on how they prepared the food. They said the only gluten is in their pastries, which are made separately.
I had 3 empanadas, a chicken, cheese, and beef. All were so good, and the sauces were amazing. They are made with a masa crust instead of a flour one.
They also have packs of frozen empanadas that you can take home, so I grabbed a few of them. I can't wait to have them for dinners later this week!
