Emperor's Japanese Grill

They do not have a gf menu, but can make many things gf. We have ordered a variety of meals there. They clean the grill and use different utensils to prevent cross-contamination. They do not prepare regular and gf meals together on the grill (some places use a small part of the grill for gf while other things are cooking). They've also been able to deal with some of my other allergies. The manager at the Derby location is very diligent in making sure that they do not risk people's health where allergies are concerned, all you have to do is let them know when you order. The service is very good. We do always try to go at times when it isn't peak hours since they have to do our order separately. This is one of our regular go-to spots because we feel comfortable that it is safe. I know nothing about the other locations.
