Not a ton of GF options, other than a bun, but it was tasty! You can get any burger or sandwich on the GF bun. All of the sauces are gluten free, per the chef. The fries didn’t consistently have their own frier, but I risked it since I was on vacation and LOVE sauces, and I was fine. I’m normally pretty sensitive to cross contamination, but I didn’t experience any issues!

I had a philly cheese steak sandwhich on a gluten free bun. It was very good! Our waiter told me they take gluten allergies very serious.

GF buns for burgers are grilled--presumably on the same surface as regular buns. Server wasn't knowledgable about use of dairy in cooking or in sauces, but said buns are buttered. Asked for mine unbuttered (due to non-life-threatening, non-IgE-mediated dairy allergy). Not sure if it was butter or wheat cc that got me, but something sure did.
