At the Brew Mill, I can get a gluten free bun with my burger at no extra charge. They offer a gluten-free fish fry, but it may not be from a dedicated fryer. You would have to ask.

Went for lunch after seeing that it has a dedicated fryer. Asked the waitress and she said they don't, but verified with the cook. He told me that gluten is a bacteria and does at 165 degrees so I don't have to worry if a fryer is dedicated or not. I chose not to get anything from the fryer.
