They use separate cutting boards and equipment to prepare bowls and burritos if you say you have Celiac/ Gluten Allergy. They label their online menu. They have GF soy sauce. They have many options on the menu that can be made gluten free by just removing 1 or 2 of the ingredients.
The bowls are delicious. They remove a few ingredient to make them Celiac safe when you explain you have Celiac/ Gluten Allergy. Approximately half of the burrito and poke bowl options can be made gluten free, but not the tacos.
