The food was delicious and safe! I told the woman at the counter that i had celiac, and she told me what dishes had and didn't have soy sauce in them. All the sides (other than injera) are gluten free, but you can buy gluten-free tef injera instead for a few more dollars. When my food came out, it was in a covered plastic dish, presumably to reduce the risk of cross contamination! It's completely possible to get a gluten free and vegan meal here as well! I don't think there were any dairy or eggs in the meat main dishes, so Enat would also be good for people with those allergies :)
