GF bun listed and the wings were labled GF. The fries were beer battered so not safe. Ok for gluten sensitive.

Waitress had no clue about safety precautions, how things were cooked, what celiacs disease is, or what gluten is. (Even though they "offer a gluten free bun") NOT SAFE!!! Didn't eat.

Menu is mostly burgers and a few hot sandwiches plus appetizers. A GF bun is available for the burgers, which were very tasty. Chips (with salsa and/or queso) are not fried separately so they're not safe. Aside from the burgers, most everything else on the menu is fried. The chicken wings on the appetizer list are marked GF but we didn't try them, so I can't say whether they are truly safe. The waitress was friendly and helpful but didn't know the answers when we asked specific questions about what was GF; she was helpful, though, and checked with the kitchen to get answers for us.
