Beware here. They do have gluten free pizza dough and they do store it completely separate from regular dough. BUT they don't understand the first thing about gluten free. I asked if they line the pans with parchment paper or somethimg when making a gluten free pizza. The response was that the pizza pans were clean and that the pizza oven gets above 600* so any gluten should burn off the pan.
