I noticed the menu had gluten free buns, but called to ask about the process. Staff didnt know so she got the chef. First when I asked about cross contact the chef told me the buns are sealed so no. Concerned about the burger itself though I asked about prep and he said they change gloves. That still wouldnt mean its safe so I asked "ok but what about the grill or utensils used? Does gluten come in to contact with that stuff?" His response "well yeah".
