After reading a few reviews about this restaurant we decided to make the drive to Castle Hill. The restaurant is easy to find located close to the street and part of the Piazza. Sitting outside in the cool we decided to try one for the Greek wines on the menu. After an explanation & recommendation of the waitress we chose our wine & we were pleasantly surprised. A Chardonnay style wine that was perfect for a summers evening. We ordered our mains of pan fried salmon & pork belly & could not be more impressed. Wonderfully presented meals on unusual & interesting plates made for a delightful meal. The salmon & pork belly were cooked perfectly & the pork belly had that perfect crackling crunch! Whilst the service was slow, the waitstaff were friendly. Being conscious of gluten free options, I was pleased to see that there were options (the pork belly being one of them) on the menu. Generally not a fan of The Hills, we will be back to try the other delicious meals on the menu
