By their own admission, they are “gluten-friendly”, HOWEVER, the wait & kitchen staff are VERY knowledgeable. Awesome meal, no problems! Of note: no dedicated fryer (a point of confusion based on previous posts), however, a number of GF sides to chose from, and they are accommodating.

they have really good grilled cheese with onions and tomatoes available to order on gluten-free bread.. I always add chicken, they have free range chicken which i reallly like. they have gluten free buns for their delicious burgers too, really beefy and big .. a great value in my book.

They also carry my favorite craft cider Finn River, and have a Stone IPA delicious for you gluten less craft beer lovers.

Anyways they have a great atmosphere and all the staff members are nice and very helpful. Ermanos is a great place to get a delicious gluten free meals and gluten free craft ciders or beer.

While not a gluten free restaurant, they have several GF items like their ceviche, hummus board, stuffed peppers, and sandwiches can be made on gluten free bread.
