Salmon with wild rice is gluten free. They were out of the wild rice but made a salmon salad instead with goat cheese and two different house made dressings. They usually have gluten free bread to make a turkey sandwich but we’re out of that today. The arugula salmon salad with pears was fantastic! Tanya was the chef, she checked on me multiply times!
