Escondido has an allergens QR code on their menu and it is readily available on their website. They have GF solutions to almost all menu items. Chips are made in a dedicated fryer. When I told my waitress that I have celiac, she went back to talk to the chef to make sure what I ordered was safe for me. The refried beans here are not made with flour so these are safe.
