Most everything is gluten free. The one or two things which are not are sandwiches and can be made GF.

Fryers and all cooking equipment are dedicated gluten free.

Extremely knowledgeable staff. Either the chef (or maybe it was the sous chef?) has celiac disease.

My wife and daughter have celiac, I am highly gluten sensitive. Absolutely no issues.
